The revamped Expertise Database, which connects users to nearly 2,000 NRC experts in diverse scientific and technical fields, has been launched. Now known as NRC Expertise, the upgraded system comes fully loaded with optimized searching capabilities, including:

  • A new advanced search option, allowing users to search specific fields (e.g., name, Institute, city, province and language preference);
  • Browsing by subject (new), name, Institute, city, province and language;
  • A new display option, enabling users to view only English or French records, both English and French records, or a full or condensed version of a record; and
  • Enhanced basic search, which sorts results by Institute, relevance or last name.

Whether you're a potential collaborator or partner looking for the NRC's wide-ranging expertise, from aerospace, astronomy, biotechnology and construction to information technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, marine dynamics, standards and transformational science, NRC Expertise is the place to be. Check out the redesigned NRC Expertise today, where a wealth of knowledge abounds.
