Today, NRC is composed of 19 different institutes, as well as 6 technology and innovation centres located across the country. This building houses the NRC Steacie Institute for Molecular Sciences, the Institute for Biological Sciences, as well as some of NRC's executive offices. Approximately 400 people work in here.

This year, the NRC Institute for Biological Sciences is celebrating 75 years of research excellence. Find out about some of the 100 Sussex Drive tenants:
