Harassment prevention and conflict resolution

NRC values and the values of the public sector, as expressed in the NRC Code of Conduct, promote fairness, courtesy and respect for human dignity in the workplace and in other professional relationships.

The NRC Policy on Harassment Prevention and Resolution and its associated Directive uphold these values and practices by discouraging all forms of inappropriate behaviour and providing mechanisms for conflict resolution within wide-ranging support for a safe and respectful workplace.
