Ordering and shipping information

Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice.

Order may be faxed, or e-mailed.

All orders must be paid in advance. Payment confirmation is needed before any package is released. Credit card is the preferred method of payment. Payment by cheque or Wire Transfer will add 7 to 10 days to existing shipping delay because of payment confirmation process. There is a $20 service charge for payment by Wire Transfer.

An email will be sent to confirm the reception of your order.

Shipping services are not provided. Customer may pick-up products at NRC premises or may supply the name of a courier account number. Please note that only a restricted number of courier companies have shipping and tracking standards which are compatible with the products’ shipping requirements. When purchasing products which are considered Dangerous Goods in Excepted Quantities, it is necessary that clients retain the services of a courier or freight forwarding company that can ship these products. Please note that only a restricted number of courier and freight forwarding companies have shipping and tracking standards which are compatible with the products. NRC takes no responsibility for delayed or lost shipments.

If shipment is not received within a reasonable time, please contact the courier service. Customs, duty charges, and custom broker fees are the responsibility of the customer. Check quarantine restrictions in your country to ensure smooth transfer of CRMs from Canada to the destination.

Certificates of analysis, MSDS, invoice documentation are shipped with each order. Shipments are packed carefully so that the integrity of the products is maintained.

Store CRMs at recommended temperature as stated in the relevant certificate of analysis. If stored unopened under the recommended storage conditions, the certified concentrations are valid for one year from the date of sale.

Terms of Purchase Orders are not accepted. Terms of the NRC Sales Agreement are in effect at all times.
