Absolute Deadline
- JCMT proposals for Semester 2011-B will be accepted until 3:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) on 23 March 2011.
[Semester A: 01 Feb - 31 July; Semester B: 1 Aug - 31 January (following year)] - The CanTAC would like to encourage more spectroscopic proposals at this time. There has been a shortfall of such proposals in recent semesters.

Please submit proposals using NORTHSTAR.
Unwanted referees? Send e-mail to the Technical Secretary.
Reasonable electronic size
Referees start to encounter printer problems when asked to referee a proposal exceeding 2.1 Megabytes. Try to decrease the size of your figures, and/or supply a web address where the figures can be seen.
