NRC and Infotrieve Collaboration
Access to the National Science Library collection and the Canadian Agriculture Library is provided by Infotrieve Canada Inc. on behalf of NRC. As a result, you must have an Infotrieve account to order documents.
Infotrieve Canada Inc. handles all aspects of registration, delivery, billing and customer service for all NRC, Canadian, US and international clients wishing to obtain documents and materials in the NRC national science library collection. They are also responsible for onsite access to the library collection at NRC's main library, located in Ottawa ON.

National Research Council employees
Use the National Science Library Catalogue or the A to Z list of online resources to access electronic journals and other online resources. You can use the Get@NRC function to access or order full text documents via Infotrieve Mobile Library.
Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada employees
Employees can access e-resources by searching the Catalogue and clicking on the "Access the electronic text" or publisher's website link.
HC employees can request materials found in the Catalogue by clicking on "Get@NRC". They can also order articles or books loans through Infotrieve Mobile Library.
PHAC employees must send requests to the Canadian Science Centre for Human and Animal Health (CSCHAH) Library.
