Marine Bioactives
Our marine bioactives group brings together a diverse range of research expertise to isolate and characterize marine bioactives and their impacts on human health and wellness, as well as biofuel-related applications. Our state-of-the-art facilities and instrumentation enable a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to developing novel nutraceuticals and functional foods while at the same time allowing us to continue our world-leading development of algal culture technologies for the production of bioproducts.
Our Marine Bioactives team roster includes experts in phycology, nutritional biochemistry, molecular sciences, natural products science and bioassay and efficacy testing.
