CRM-DSP-Mus-b is a replacement CRM for the original CRM-DSP-MUS (formerly known as MUS-2). It is a homogenized blend of blue mussel (Mytilus edulis L.) digestive gland tissue and a small amount of the dinoflagellate Prorocentrum lima. CRM-DSP-Mus-b will be distributed in polypropylene bottles, each containing ca 3.9 g of homogenate. The toxin level for okadaic acid is 10.1 µg/g. The toxin level for DTX1 is 1.3 µg/g. These concentrations are suitable for determination by LC-MS or by LC-FLD after ADAM derivitization.
