NRC CRM-ATX-a is a certified calibration solution prepared to aid the analyst in the determination of anatoxin-a (ATX-a). Each ampoule contains approximately 0.5 mL of ATX-a dissolved in methanol/water (9:91, v/v) with 0.1% acetic acid. The concentration (30 µmoles/L) is suitable for calibration of liquid chromatography experiments and for standard addition and spike recovery studies.
