The Aerodynamics Laboratory provides services to clients in fixed- and rotary-wing aerodynamics and exploits its aerodynamic knowledge and capabilities in non-aeronautical applications such as bridges, tall buildings, and surface vehicles.
The Aerospace Manufacturing Technology Centre (AMTC) helps industry implement advanced, cost-effective, manufacturing methods for aerospace that facilitate the transition to next-generation manufacturing, particularly among SMEs.
The Flight Research Laboratory provides consulting services, engages in collaborative research and performs complex in-flight experiments in the areas of flight vehicle research, flight systems technology development and airborne research.
The Gas Turbine Laboratory has unique facilities and expertise to assist industry in improving and evaluating the performance of gas turbine engines and components in compliance with environmental, safety, and operational requirements.
The Structures and Materials Performance Laboratory conducts research on issues affecting the design, strength, durability, structural integrity and performance of new and legacy aircraft structures and components.
