Below is a guide to the procedure that you would follow to gain entry into the IPF.

1) As a potential tenant you indicate an interest in the IPF by speaking with a representative of the research institutes supporting the IPF or the manager of the Facility. During this initial conversation you will learn the goals and priorities of the IPF, as well as the steps to proceed and we will learn what your expectations and requirements are. During this meeting you will be given a form entitled Expression of Interest.

2) You will complete this form and send it to the IPF Manager.

3) Agreement forms (e.g. Tenancy Agreement, Visiting Worker's Agreement, Collaborative R&D Agreement, Agreement for Licensing of NRC Technology including royalty payments) relevant to your individual requirements will be completed once your submission is approved by the Steering Committee and will state when occupancy in the IPF will begin.
