Occupancy
Once admitted into the NRC-IPF, you must maintain your occupancy in good standing. A breach of any of the conditions of occupancy may result in termination of the License to Occupy Space.
- Businesses are expected to graduate in three years. Long stays may be considered under exceptional circumstances.
- You must prepare for and participate in periodic review meetings with NRC-IPF management.
- You must submit periodic progress reports, including a financial summary, for review by the NRC-IPF Manager.
- You must demonstrate satisfactory progress toward a technology work plan including continued interaction with the host NRC Institute.
