Gemini has a distributed support model with the National Gemini Offices providing the first level (Tier-1) of support. This table contains the assignment of Tier-1 support responsibilities within the Canadian Gemini Office. If your question cannot be answered at Tier-1 then it will be addressed to the person responsible for Tier-2 support of that Sub-Category. The person providing Tier-2 support will be in one of the National Gemini Offices or the International Gemini Office.
