Photometry and radiometry course

A special 2 ½ day course on photometry and radiometry will be held at the National Research Council of Canada in Ottawa. The course will consist of 18 lectures given by NRC scientists and will span the range from basic concepts and terminology through to advanced topics such as quantum based radiometry and radiation thermometry. The course will include tours of the NRC facilities and an exhibition of commercial exhibitors.
The course is limited to 60 participants. It is designed for those concerned with accurate and precise measurement of photometric and radiometric properties in research, development or industrial applications. The course will finish at noon on the last day.
