Mr. Paul Clark is a former Vice-President, Research and Technology at NOVA Chemicals Corporation and a former President of NOVA Research and Technology Corporation. Mr. Clark previously worked as a research chemist at Dow Chemical and also served as Research Manager and Technical Director at Chemicals R&D, and as Global Operations Director, Polyolefins R&D.

Mr. Clark was first appointed to NRC Council in January 2007and sits on its Executive Committee.
