NRC, in collaboration with the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, is pleased to announce the publication of the Quebec Safety Code, Chapter VIII – Building, and National Fire Code of Canada 2010 (amended). In addition to the amended National Fire Code, this Code includes design requirements that vary according to the year of construction as well as more stringent provisions for sleeping rooms and care occupancies.
